Glad to see you returned to Powell/Peralta. The Skate Parks in the north east (Mass, NH, CT, NY) could do with a visit from the PP gang. Just yesterday I took my "Ripper" to the local skate-park in MA, where 30 kids were skating on their new boards they got for Christmas. At least a dozen of them came up to me wanting to see my board and said they thought it was "wicked cool."
There is a whole new generation that knows little to nothing about PP and the Bones Brigade. You can do a ton for the brand that gave you your start by really promoting them here on the east coast. I think it's an untapped market of youngsters that have been far enough removed from PP and have up to this point been influenced by other brands. Most of these cats weren't born when The Bones Brigade was ending.
For me PP ignited the flame that got me excited about skateboarding. It would be awesome to see them flourish again.
Oh, and it would be great to see Steve Steadham back too.
Go well.
